DevOps Engineer

£50-55k per annum

Are you a DevOps Engineer with a real passion for all things tech? Do you want to work for a company where you're not just a number? My client is an innovative software house and due to commercial growth are looking to increase their team with a new DevOps Engineer to work on some exciting new projects in the media space.

The Role

As the successful DevOps Engineer, you can expect your role to include:

• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in both a Windows and Linux environment
• Using ticketing systems to prioritize and escalate issues as needed
• Implementing security measures across networks and systems
• Creating containers for deployment
• Working collaboratively in cross functional team environments

You

To be considered for the role of DevOps Engineer you should have the following skills and experience:

• 3+ years' experience in a similar role
• Proficient with Windows Server, AD and O365
• Good understanding of Linux
• Familiar with basic networking concepts
• Strong experience with AWS and Azure alongside DevOps tools and methodologies
• Confident with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash or Powershell
