Lead QA Analyst – Fully Remote - £50K - £55K – SaaS Company
Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a market leading, data driven Saas company for an experienced, motivated, and passionate Lead QA Analyst.
You will lead and inspire a team of Technical QA Analysts to maintain production environment integrity through robust testing practices. Develop and implement tools and processes for continuous integration and automated testing across business applications.

You will lead and inspire a team of Technical QA Analysts to maintain production environment integrity through robust testing practices. Develop and implement tools and processes for continuous integration and automated testing across business applications.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct software testing, including automated, exploratory, performance, and security testing
- Support Head of Development in adopting continuous integration and code management
- Ensure software development meets security standards
- Assist in system administration tasks as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation of testing activities and project deliverables
- Lead and mentor QA analysts to ensure adherence to testing standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders and present project progress
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure testability and scalability
- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks
- Analyse test results and provide recommendations for improvement
- Drive adoption of DevOps practices within QA team
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years in software testing in enterprise-scale environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop build, test, and release processes
- Proven record in creating automated tests for legacy and modern applications
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner
- Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks
- Previous involvement in Agile development
- Leadership experience or potential for leadership roles
Package:
- £50,000 - £55,000 basic salary
- Fully remote
