Job Title:  Infrastructure & Network Engineer
Location: Burton Upon Trent - 3 days/Hybrid, 
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced  Infrastructure & Network Systems Engineer with a focus on third-line infrastructure  for an international  company located near burton. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of technical innovation and play a key role in the organization's on going transformation from on-premise to Cloud, contributing to the growth of a greenfield estate.

This is an excellent opportunity for a well rounded Infrastructure engineer that wants the opportunity to be further exposed to Security and Networking projects.

Responsibilities and Skills

• Working 60/40 in favour of projects
• Day-to-day administration, support, and troubleshooting of the Infrastructure environment in a dynamic, high-volume environment with multiple configurations
• Designing, implementing, and managing the environment
• Infrastructure security and administration, including access control, application security, firewalls, VPN, behavioral analytics, and wireless security
• Active Directory management
• HP Server management
• Veeam Back
• General O365 support
• Virtualization experience with Hyper-V, VMWare, etc.
• On-premise to Azure cloud migration projects
• Networking understanding (routing, switching, LAN, WAN, etc.
• SDWAN advantageous
• Server and desktop troubleshooting
• Taking the lead on projects with a positive and can-do attitude
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills 
• Skills in Veeam & Nutanix
• Significant, demonstrable experience as a 3rd line Engineer
