We are working with an internationally renowned manufacturing organisation with a significant presence in the UK that are looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer to join their IT development team. This role will have fantastic scope for development both professionally and in onsite system use.

Junior Full Stack Developer

Role Requirements:

• Support the design and implementation of scalable software solutions, from user interfaces to backend services.
• Continuously innovate and update software functionalities to stay ahead of market trends and maintain our competitive edge.
• Ensure the seamless integration of front-end and back-end aspects of applications with a sharp eye for detail and functionality.
• Take charge of project lifecycles, delivering both individual contributions and collaborative team projects on schedule.
• Utilize advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills to swiftly resolve any operational issues in our software deployments.
• Oversee the integrity, architecture, and security of data through expert management of SQL databases.

Junior Full Stack Developer

Candidate Profile:

• An enthusiastic developer with a 1 or 2 plus years’ experience in both front-end and back-end development, capable of delivering full-stack solutions.
• Worked in multiple programming languages, particularly VB.NET, C#, and proficiency in WPF and MS SQL.
• A good understanding of Agile methodologies, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced development environment.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to think through complex systems and generate actionable insights.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to clearly communicate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, keen to stay updated with the latest in technology and development practices.
