THE ROLE

We are looking for a strong Senior Manager or exsisting Head of Ecommerce to lead our 20 strong team, reporting to the Digital & Customer Director at Pretty Little Thing.

As the leader of the Ecommerce team you will be responsible for all team strategy, output and processes. You will work closely with a wide number of internal teams to ensure that we are showcasing our products and messages in an optimal way, across our global storefronts.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

·        Leading a team of ecommerce assistants, copywriters and visual merchandisers, creating a collaborative and innovative work environment

·        Responsible for defining the onsite search and merchandising strategy, working closely with the Visual Merchandising Team and our Search and Merchandising platform provider

·        Oversee and feed into onsite personalisation strategy – a key focus for PLT

·        Accountable for developing and implementing A/B testing for merchandising and recommendations across multiple territories

·        Ensure products, product visibility and navigation are fully optimised

·        Feed into the UX testing roadmap to ensure a continued focus on customer journey improvement

·        Feed into product hierarchy to ensure accurate attribution to drive product findability

·        Define reporting and analysis to demonstrate value and feed into wider business decisions

·        Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and key external partners

·        Work closely with Marketing, Studio, Buying and Merchandising teams to optimise key trends, promotions and categories

·        Ensure weekly new in targets are met

·        Ensure the accurate delivery of campaign launches and promotions

·        Provide requirements to the tech team to develop our tools and systems
