I have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quality Test Lead to join our Release and Test team, dedicated to the Global Corporate Speciality business. This role involves working on initiatives related to our London Market platforms and products. The successful candidate will be in charge of delivering business-critical projects, managing test planning, writing and executing tests, deployment and coordination across multiple release cycles, platforms, third parties, and businesses. Additionally, the role involves working across RT&E on transformation innovation activities. Candidates with a comprehensive understanding of products and systems used within our Clients Business, along with knowledge of automation frameworks and tools, are required.
Job Description:As the Quality Test Lead for London Markets, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading quality engineering across the Global Corporate Speciality (GCS) business area, with a focus on London Markets technology.
• Defining test strategy and scope, along with managing and executing test plans across the portfolio.
• Demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, architects, and developers to deliver testing solutions promptly and efficiently.
• Demonstrating a robust understanding of best practices and the ability to continually review and improve processes, implementing a quality-first approach. Technical experience in using test automation frameworks and adopting an automate-first approach is required.

This role is based in London.
Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in London Markets Insurance (ideally carrier-based) and understanding of Lloyds Blueprint 2 programme.
• London Markets insurance qualifications: Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) / London Markets Insurance Essentials (LM1) / London Markets Insurance principles and practices (LM2)
• Understanding of processes and data flows within the London Markets insurance business, including both policies and claims.
• Understanding of the different London Market message types and experience of testing Bureau messages.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both IT and business stakeholders to deliver quality testing outcomes for the business and customers within tight timescales.
