Manpower Print & Packaging Division are excited to bring a new opportunity to market for one of our prestigious Global Partners. We are looking to recruit a Manufacturing Business Analyst based on site in Wantage, supporting business functions from R&D to HR and finance. Our client is undergoing a transformation, implementing technologies like SAP S4/HANA, Cloud Computing, and Azure Analytics. This role focuses on improving Manufacturing Execution Systems, requiring SAP expertise to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

THE ROLE:

  • Analyse data to identify and address stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes via technology.
  • Develop business cases and project plans for decision-making.
  • Support process improvement implementations, including change management and training.
  • Organise and lead meetings with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Create documentation, such as process maps and training materials.
  • Manage project coordination, progress tracking, and risk assessment.
  • Test system changes and train users on new procedures.
  • Actively participate in implementing proposed changes.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • Proven experience as a business analyst or in manufacturing process improvement.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing best practices and industry trends.
  • Technical skills in server, network, infrastructure, and SQL products.
  • Ability to design IT solutions and troubleshoot technical challenges.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to develop and document system solutions.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel and learn new skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team collaboration and adaptability.
  • Ability to resolve complex problems.
