3rd Line Support Engineer
Location: Luton / Home
3 Month Contract
£400 - £500 per day (Inside IR35)

Skills: Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, VMware

We are looking to recruit a 3rd Line Support Engineer on an initial 3 month contract. This is a hybrid role and you will be required to work on site in central Luton 2 days a week.

The Role:

To respond to tickets, investigate, diagnose and resolve infrastructure alerts, service requests etc. providing exceptional customer service. Ensure the prompt and thorough resolution of security incidents. Manage complex access management / permissions requests etc. Technical environment includes:

  • Exchange on Premise / Exchange Online
  • Microsoft 365 Applications
    • Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
    • Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • Windows 10/11 Support and Admin
  • Active Directory Admin
  • Filesystems and Permission Management
  • Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication
  • Microsoft System Centre / EndPoint Manager

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Essential:

  • Experience in an infrastructure / Windows server support and admin experience in the following technical environment: M365, (Exchange online, Teams, Sharepoint), Email, (Exchange), MS system Centre / Endpoint Manager, Intune. Active Directory admin.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn any new technologies.
  • Great team player experience

Desirable skills include:

  • VMWare
  • Monitoring tools
  • Mobile device management
