3rd Line Support Engineer
Location: Luton / Home
3 Month Contract
£400 - £500 per day (Inside IR35)
Skills: Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, VMware
We are looking to recruit a 3rd Line Support Engineer on an initial 3 month contract. This is a hybrid role and you will be required to work on site in central Luton 2 days a week.
The Role:
To respond to tickets, investigate, diagnose and resolve infrastructure alerts, service requests etc. providing exceptional customer service. Ensure the prompt and thorough resolution of security incidents. Manage complex access management / permissions requests etc. Technical environment includes:
- Exchange on Premise / Exchange Online
- Microsoft 365 Applications
- Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
- Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Windows 10/11 Support and Admin
- Active Directory Admin
- Filesystems and Permission Management
- Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication
- Microsoft System Centre / EndPoint Manager
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Essential:
- Experience in an infrastructure / Windows server support and admin experience in the following technical environment: M365, (Exchange online, Teams, Sharepoint), Email, (Exchange), MS system Centre / Endpoint Manager, Intune. Active Directory admin.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn any new technologies.
- Great team player experience
Desirable skills include:
- VMWare
- Monitoring tools
