About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and processes that support our software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both development and operations, with a focus on automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain scalable infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
- Automate deployment pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment between operations and development.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Implement security best practises to safeguard our infrastructure and data.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement and optimisation of our DevOps processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure as code and configuration management.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
