As a Development Manager, you will oversee the planning, development, and implementation of the .Net aspect of technology solutions within the organisation. In your first few weeks in this .Net Application Development and Support Manager role, you can expect to:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of software developers to achieve their full potential

• Conduct monthly documented 1:1 reviews with your team focused on wellbeing, HR matters, delivery of assigned projects/activities and development needs
• Allocate resources effectively, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools, training, and support.
