(Business Relationship Manager – 9 months – monthly hybrid London, Manchester or Bristol - c£600-650 inside IR35)

Our government client are looking for an experienced Senior Business Relationship Manager to work in a hybrid capacity – 2/3 days per month in either London, Bristol or Manchester

Your responsibilities include:

Become the subject matter expert in a new vulnerability data sharing service

Be able to explain the business and technical benefits of this service in detail

Recruit UK public sector partners to adopt the new service

Facilitate the business and technical onboarding of new partners to the service, working with the Senior Business Analyst

Support partners as they trial the new service, adapting the service as necessary and gathering metrics on service adoption and effectiveness

Act as the single point of contact to help partners achieve maximum success with the service

Transfer established partner organisations over to the Domains Operations team

Propose ways to improve the service

Experience required:

You have a Level 3 service management framework qualification demonstrate knowledge of the life cycle or capability elements of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)

Business analysis (IT operations) (practitioner)

Transformational experience within large organisations 

Stakeholder relationship management (IT operations) (practitioner)

influence stakeholders and manage relationships effectively build long-term strategic relationships

facilitate and deliver business outcomes

identify process optimisation opportunities with guidance, and contribute to the implementation of proposed solutions

lead investigative work into problems and opportunities in existing processes

lead the collection of information and creation of recommendations for improvements

absorb large amounts of conflicting information and use it to produce solutions

Service reporting (practitioner): use your data analytics skills to enhance business performance

Technical understanding (practitioner) understanding of the technical concepts required for the role, explain how these fit into the wider technical landscape

Continual service improvement experience

Awareness of Asset and configuration management - track, log and correct information to protect assets and components Business analysis (IT operations)
