Job description:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Lead Data Architect to join our team and drive the development of a central enterprise data platform for the Bank. This role will leverage a cutting edge technology stack built on Microsoft Azure and Databricks to ensure the platform is robust, scalable, and aligned with the Bank's strategic objectives. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of the data platform, ensuring it meets both functional and non-functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Establishment:

• Experience for Architect and design of t MVP data platform, aligning with target data architecture using Azure, Databricks and Medallion Architecture
• Lead workshops to gather and baseline functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop a roadmap for future platform expansion.
• Assess and document use case requirements, including data acquisition, ingestion patterns, data analysis, and transformation.
• Implement DevSecOps architecture, integrating with GitHub, Terraform, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
• Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of the MVP data platform.
• Document and hand over the completed MVP to stakeholders.
• Ensure the platform meets all requirements and user needs.
• Facilitate close collaboration with Bank teams, external suppliers, and OEMs.

Integration of AI Services:

Lead AI pilot implementations on the MVP data platform using Azure technologies.

Collaborate with Bank stakeholders to detail AI use cases.

Integrate AI use cases and perform system testing to ensure functionality.

Recommend additional AI use cases based on insights.

Leverage organizational expertise and Microsoft alliance to implement AI pilots effectively.

Ensure AI models are implemented by the targeted deadline.
