Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and versatile Digital Project Manager to join the team. In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing and managing a variety of digital projects from inception to completion. Your ability to wear many hats and manage multiple aspects of the project life-cycle, including QA Testing, Business Analysis, and Project Management, will be crucial to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Business Analysis: Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. Conduct needs assessments and gather detailed business requirements.
• QA Testing: Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure deliverable's meet the highest standards. Coordinate and execute testing phases, identifying and resolving issues.
• Developer Triage: Act as the primary point of contact for developer issues, understanding the technical aspects of the project to effectively triage and resolve problems.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party stakeholders. Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions clearly and concisely.
• Communication: Serve as the liaison between clients, developers, and other stakeholders. Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project life-cycle.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Versatility: Ability to wear many hats and manage various aspects of digital projects, including QA Testing, Business Analysis, and Project Management.
• Technical Understanding: Proficient in understanding programming and development processes to effectively triage developer issues.
• Adobe Experience Manager: Strong knowledge and experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to oversee and manage projects involving AEM implementations and integrations.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong experience in managing 3rd party stakeholders, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Project Management: Proven track record of managing digital projects from start to finish. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Communication: Clear and concise communicator, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
