Management Consultant - SAP S/4 Hana Finance Transformation

Salary : £90,000 - £100,000

The Role

We are looking for a seasoned SAP S/4Hanna Finance Transformation expert with Senior Managerial and Business Development Consultancy experience to join our client's Finance Transformation Advisory Practice, With a demonstrable history of delivering business solutions via the Finance Function enabled by SAP.

Applicants will have advanced knowledge and expertise to show the impact of SAP S/4Hanna. Enabling you to discuss new technologies and Data-Driven business models. Ability to set up respective transformation programmes. You shall understand how to embed S/4HANA software functionality in the larger context of finance transformation

You will be joining our client's technical architects and SAP Delivery teams to design and build their s/4Hana transformation, supporting rollout and adoption

• Business Development - Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.

As Senior Management, you'd be responsible for the delivery of Finance Transformation Programmes

Looking to speak with someone with :

• Ability to design solutions for Finance processes end to end

• Technical understanding of SAP Finance offerings with hands-on experiences and working knowledge on Non-SAP "best of breed" finance solutions

• Experience in proposition building and delivery.

• Track record of overseeing and delivering large-scale digital transformation projects, delivering tangible results and benefits for clients

• Currently working with a major consulting firm with a demonstrable ability to succeed in matrixed organisations

Support the growth of the Finance Transformation advisory consulting business

• Inspire clients with thought leadership on technology trends and opportunities in the Finance space

• Respond to RFP/RFIs and broaden the footprint in existing client relationships.

• Pursue and cultivate trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and the internal leadership team.

• Develop and collate intellectual capital and points of view and create distinctive knowledge initiatives, which result in significant client impact and strengthen our client's external reputation.

Programme Responsibility and Delivery :

• Define, design and deliver large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs by leveraging your SAP Finance expertise in collaboration with our client and their broader group.

• Understand current and future client needs in the context of market dynamics and apply insights to recommend short and/or long-term value creation for the client.

• Ensure the quality of the work is truly distinctive in its focus on client impact and tangible results
