About the Role

As an Implementation/Technical Delivery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in their Delivery & Success team, working closely with our Customer Success Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless implementation of their learning solutions, directly impacting our customers' success and satisfaction. This hands-on position is perfect for someone with a keen interest in technology, AI and product development, looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementation & Delivery: Execute and review learning solution build plans on their platform, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of customer portals.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Provide valuable insights to the Product and Engineering teams for continuous product enhancements.
  • Quality Assurance: Support the quality assurance process to maintain the highest standards.
  • Documentation: Meticulously document any problem-resolution steps to streamline future processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, embodying customer empathy and a solution-oriented mindset.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 0-2 years in a technical role, with a bonus for experience in the edtech sector.
  • Time Management: Exceptional ability to manage and prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong aptitude for understanding and resolving complex problems.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Highly organized and capable of efficiently managing competing priorities.
