User Researcher (Welsh Speaking)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a User Researcher to join our team. As a User Researcher, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and conducting end-to-end user research as part of cross-functional international teams. You will work with qualitative and quantitative research frameworks, analyse and translate research into meaningful and actionable insights. In addition, you will conduct research with a diverse range of people, including vulnerable users, and effectively communicate research insights and recommendations to team members and senior stakeholders. 
 
Responsibilities:

- Plan, design, and conduct end-to-end user research as part of cross-functional international teams
- Work with qualitative and quantitative research frameworks to gather data and insights
- Analyse and translate research findings into meaningful and actionable insights
- Conduct research with a diverse range of users, including vulnerable individuals
- Communicate research insights and recommendations to team members and senior stakeholders
 
Qualifications:

- Previous experience in planning, designing, and conducting end-to-end user research
- Fluent in the Welsh Language - Essential 
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research frameworks
- Strong analytical skills to analyse and translate research findings
- Experience in conducting research with a diverse range of users
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey research insights and recommendations
