Role Overview:

As a ServiceNow ITOM Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing ITOM solutions to optimise IT services and infrastructure. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop robust ITOM solutions. This position demands a strong understanding of ServiceNow and its ITOM features.

Key Responsibilities:

• ITOM Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement effective ITOM solutions using ServiceNow to improve the efficiency of IT operations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ITOM technical solutions.
• Automation and Workflow Management: Create and maintain ITOM workflows and automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Module Expertise: Provide expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Event Management, Cloud Managment, CMDB and ITIL.
• Best Practices Implementation: Ensure all ITOM solutions comply with industry best practices and align with organisational standards.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITOM implementations to maintain optimal performance.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments and innovations in ITOM and ServiceNow to continually enhance solution delivery.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a ServiceNow ITOM Developer, with a successful track record of implementing ITOM solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of ServiceNow ITOM modules and their practical applications.
• Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong background in IT infrastructure and operations.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Certifications: Relevant ServiceNow ITOM certifications are a plus.
