Business Analyst and Data Governance Lead - Hemel Hempstead - Hybrid (3 days per week in office) - £55,000 + Excellent benefits
We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst and Data Governance Lead to work for a healthcare company that are truly making a difference in saving peoples lives.
This exciting opportunity will suit a talented Business Analyst who leads and supports the improvement of processes, data, and technology systems. You will be a key member of the Technology team. They employ over 200 people with an annual revenue of over £70M.
You will:
Need a deep understanding of business goals, objectives and business outcomes, business capabilities, value-streams, and business processes.
Lead evaluation, design, and analysis for the implementation of a solutions architecture based on business strategy, business capabilities, value-streams, business requirements and agreed standards.
Lead the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive data governance framework, including data stewardship, data ownership, and data lifecycle management.
Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across the organisation.
Key Experience:
Minimum of five years of experience as a Business Analyst within a Technology/IT team.
Experience in gathering and analysing business requirements and defining solutions to complex business problems.
Experience of managing data within a defined framework to ensure integrity and quality.
Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies, platforms, and processing environments
Good understanding of strategic and new and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models
Experience working in a relevant industry (manufacturing, healthcare products or consumer goods) is helpful.
