Senior Project Manager (HR, Finance and Procurement)

Permanent role – Greater Manchester/ Lancashire. £60-65,000

This role will suit a seasoned Senior Project Manager experienced in Integration/ Back office projects,  with ERP and CRM projects experience required.

Reporting into the IT Director, this ambitious and fast growing International business is looking for a strong leader with proven experience of successfully partnering with, and managing  a wide range of 3rd party suppliers (including MSP and IT security functions) to optimise efficiencies and deliver successfully to the business.

You will have a proven track record in implementing ERP solutions with specific emphasis on Finance, Procurement and HR and Payroll and integrations with other solutions.

There are a number of projects on the roadmap, so lots of exciting items on the agenda technically….. many are focused around change and transformation but initially the priority will be ensuring a robust and well structured infrastructure, 3rd party support and

The existing IT team is global, so also required is experience and understanding of operating within a global capacity.

Key to the success of this leadership role is someone who has proven experience of advancing the maturity of an IT function and associated systems.

Prior experience in similar back office Senior Project Management roles and a positive ‘delivery mindset’ will allow the successful candidate to hit the ground running.

Experience of being a self starter and making suggestions based on experience in similar roles is also important to add value to this delivery focused role.

The right person will be able to come in add significant value, and is offered autonomy in order to do so.

Required experience:

*Minimum of 5 years project management experience in ERP solutions implementations.

*Prince 2 or PMI accredited

*Proven experience in a similar role with a background in Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll.

*Highly desirable is experience of Acumatica Financials project accounting and FP&A solutions.

*Experience with real-time integration to other systems (front and back office).

*Strong communication skills, excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

*Able to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

*Management of 3rd party technology partners to deliver functional development and projects
